How do I install the app or turn on alerts?
On promptpix.net, tap Get app. iPhone opens the App Store. Android opens Google Play. On a computer, use the App Store and Google Play buttons under the menu.
Tap Alerts and choose Allow for optional browser notifications when new prompts are published. On iPhone, install the app and allow notifications inside the app.
How do I copy a prompt?
Open any prompt from the home grid → on the detail screen tap Copy → paste into Google Gemini, ChatGPT, Midjourney, or any AI image app. A confirmation toast appears when copied.
What does "Open in Gemini" do?
It opens Google Gemini in your browser or app with your selected prompt ready to use, so you can generate or edit images faster.
Prompts are not loading — what should I do?
- Check your internet connection (Wi‑Fi or mobile data).
- Pull down to refresh on the home screen.
- Force-close the app and reopen it.
- Update PromptPix to the latest version from the App Store or Google Play.
If the problem continues, email [email protected] with your device model and iOS/Android version.
What is PromptPix Pro and what do I get?
PromptPix Pro is an optional monthly subscription that removes ads and provides a smoother, faster prompt experience (instant typing). It does not unlock extra prompt categories — all categories remain available in the free app.
How much does PromptPix Pro cost?
Price is shown in the app before you subscribe (set in App Store Connect / Google Play and may vary by country). Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account.
How do I cancel or restore my subscription?
Cancel iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → PromptPix → Cancel Subscription.
Cancel Android: Google Play → Profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → PromptPix.
Restore iOS: Open PromptPix → Pro screen → Restore Purchases.
Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next billing period.
Why do I still see ads?
Ads appear in the free version. If you subscribed to Pro, tap Restore Purchases on the Pro screen and ensure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used to purchase. Restart the app after restoring.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are processed by Apple or Google, not directly by us.

Is my data private?
We collect minimal data — mainly anonymous analytics and ad-related data in the free app. Favorites are stored on your device only. Read our full Privacy Policy.
Which categories are available?
All, New, Trending, Video Prompts, Kids (family-friendly styles for adults — the app is not a children’s product), DP Maker, and Games.
Can I use prompts commercially?
You may use prompts to generate images in third-party AI tools. Ownership of generated images depends on each AI platform's terms (Gemini, OpenAI, Midjourney, etc.). You may not resell or republish the PromptPix prompt library itself. See Terms of Use.
