Welcome to PromptPix. These Terms of Use ("Terms," "EULA") are a legal agreement between you and PromptPix, owned and operated by Waheed Ullah ("we," "us," or "our"), for the PromptPix mobile application and promptpix.net (collectively, the "Service").
By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. License to use the app
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PromptPix for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not sublicense, sell, or redistribute the app itself.
The Service is for adults. It is not directed to children under 13 and is not a children’s product. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian permission. The “Kids” prompt category is family-friendly styles for adult creators, not for use by children.
2. Auto-renewable subscriptions (PromptPix Pro)
Subscription name: PromptPix Pro Monthly
Product ID: promptpix_pro_monthly
Length: 1 month (auto-renewable)
Price: Displayed in the App Store or Google Play at the time of purchase (may vary by region and currency).
Benefits: Ad-free experience and improved in-app prompt flow ("instant typing").
Payment: Charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Manage / cancel:
- iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → PromptPix
- Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
Free trial: No free trial unless explicitly stated in the store listing at purchase time.
Refunds: Handled by Apple or Google per their refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
Your use of subscriptions is also subject to the applicable store terms (Apple Media Services Terms or Google Play Terms).
3. Intellectual property
Prompt text, graphics, UI, and code in PromptPix are owned by us or our licensors. You may use prompts to generate images in third-party AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL·E, etc.) for personal or commercial use of generated output, subject to those tools' licenses.
You may not scrape, bulk-export, resell, or republish the prompt library or app content as a competing product or dataset.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use prompts to create illegal, harmful, harassing, or infringing content.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app.
- Use bots or automated scripts to scrape the prompt library.
- Interfere with the Service or other users' enjoyment of it.
5. Advertising
The free version may display third-party ads (Google AdMob). Ad content is provided by the ad network. PromptPix Pro removes in-app ads while the subscription is active.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific results from AI tools you use with our prompts.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROMPTPIX AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
8. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws in your jurisdiction of residence where mandatory consumer protections apply; otherwise, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with local law without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
